Oaxaca, Cacalote & Escobilla.

Have you ever witnessed sea turtles leave the water, lay and bury their eggs in freshly dug holes in nearby sand? It may be a once in a lifetime experience.
Facts:
*Six out of seven sea turtle species arrive to Mexico´s beaches each year to lay their eggs.
*Of 100 hatching usually only one or two survives.
*Sea turtles are able to return to the same beach they were born to nest.
México (considerado uno de los países megadiversos) es hogar temporal de de tortugas marinas, las cuales las siete especies que existen están en peligro de extinción.
Dato curioso:
*La tortuga marina de mayor tamaño es conocida como Laúd. Llega a medir 2 metros
